Welcome to November guys 🙂 sorry I’ve been held up with a tight schedule these past two weeks hence no update. Promise to be better!
I can’t believe we’re summing up 2015! It’s been an amazing year, with highs and lows. I must say though, I’ve enjoyed it thoroughly. I’m grateful for all the smiling and laughing which has been way more than the depressing moments in my life. This year has been one of discovery for me… I learnt that I needed to find a direction and purpose. That more than anything, I needed to do something I’m passionate about, that makes me feel like my creative side bones are working… Of course this is still a work in progress and my plans seem to be all over the place sometimes, because I’d like to do so much all at once.
So what’s my goal this month?
I’d like to focus on being more present. I feel like there have been several distractions, which I am now seeing need to go in order for me to get things done…small things like spending less time on my phone (I’m boycotting Whatsapp for now) constantly living in the past and dwelling on my mistakes instead of appreciating the wonderful moments I’m living are how I hope to achieve this.
Making: plans for what I’ll wear to a wedding reception this weekend.
Cooking Frying: French toast
Drinking: chamomile tea
Reading: my Myers Briggs Personality type results, which seem shockingly accurate!
I’m a “ENFJ” (whatever that means) …
Few personality types are as inspiring and charismatic as ENFJs. Their idealism and vision allow ENFJs to overcome many challenging obstacles, more often than not brightening the lives of those around them. ENFJs’ imagination is invaluable in many areas, including their own personal growth.
Yet ENFJs can be easily tripped up in areas where idealism and altruism are more of a liability than an asset. Whether it is finding (or keeping) a partner, staying calm under pressure, reaching dazzling heights on the career ladder or making difficult decisions, ENFJs need to put in a conscious effort to develop their weaker traits and additional skills.
